Delicious, mouth watering steaks (chops, roasts and more) are what this "crazy" auction was all about. At least it would have been for one lucky discriminating gourmet, food connoisseur, cook, chef or restaurant owner if they had won the auction.

The Million Dollar Steak Recipe auction has ended

...at least for the moment

If you love great steaks, chops, roasts, many types of game or any of the variety of other things this recipe lends itself too...you have never tasted one like this before, I promise.

It literally makes people crazy...salivating and begging to know how I did it. I've had everyone from friends, family, clients, cooks and chefs, restaurant managers, gourmets and even some gentle and kindly elderly women come to me and say these exact words; "That's was the best f*%$ing steak I've ever eaten...how did you do it?" (you can fill in the missing letters on your own).

This was an eBay auction that garnered massive attention for the short time it was listed. The complete auction listing is below (in case you missed it). Also below is the last of a slew of radio interviews I was invited to do about The Million Dollar Steak Recipe. The auction may be gone (for now) but it's certainly not forgotten.

Since you're obviously interested in great food, interesting recipes (or maybe even just ways to share your cooking talents with the world) I have created a special newsletter just for you. Published periodically...whenever I have something of value to share with you...this newsletter is sure to entertain and inform. It's all offered for free and you can sign up below.

The Million Dollar Steak Recipe grabbed the attention of media outlets all over the nation.

Listen to the last (of many) interviews I did about this auction and recipe on February 18, 2006 with Prudence Sloane, the host of Simply Food on WDRC AM 1360 - "The Talk of Connecticut."

Was this auction really just a crazy idea?

Sure it was. But good food, unique recipes and creative ways to market them (if even to just your friends for fun) aren't crazy at all to me.

In fact, even though I'm no longer working professionally as a Chef...food and cooking are still two of my most favorite pastimes and ways to put smiles on the people's faces I care most about.

And since I left the food business to start a career in sales and marketing I also enjoy combining my knowledge and experience in these two fields. I've helped many a chef and great home cook alike take their ideas and creations to market for both fun and profit.

Even if just for a sideline hobby, what could be better than sharing your unique gifts with the world?

What if it became a glowing success and ended up helping you leave a job you hated or one that wasn't rewarding you in proportion to your efforts? Those are the kind of happy endings I love most.

Here I'll share fun and practical food and cooking tips for every occasion, event and season. I'll also share ideas and success stories from people I helped take their talents and creations to the world marketplace.

Now that's not so crazy at all, is it?
